About these terms

These terms apply to all services and digital products provided by The Organised Space, operated by Maryna Kychka, based in London, UK. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. Contact us at hello@theorganisedspace.uk with any questions.

In-home organising services

• A free 30-minute consultation is offered before any paid session. This is a no-obligation call to assess your space and requirements.
• Sessions are charged at an hourly rate as agreed prior to the booking.
• Travel to your home within London is included. Travel outside London may incur an additional charge, agreed in advance.
• You are responsible for being present or having an authorised adult present during the session.
• Any items donated, recycled, or disposed of during a session are done so only with your explicit agreement.
• We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or disposed of against our agreed instructions.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed session rate.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
• We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of illness or emergency, and will give as much notice as possible.

Digital products — The Home Declutter Guide

• The guide is a digital PDF product priced at £9, delivered by email after payment.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered.
• If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at hello@theorganisedspace.uk.
• The guide is for personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced without permission.

Free checklist

The free Room-by-Room Declutter Checklist is provided at no charge in exchange for your email address. By downloading it, you agree to receive occasional emails from The Organised Space. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, guides, and methods — is the property of The Organised Space. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Organised Space provides advice and hands-on organising services in good faith. We are not liable for any indirect loss, damage to property, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of our services or digital products beyond the amount paid for that service or product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
